Chamaecyparis Obtusa Leaf Extract
Naturlogic ®
Chamaecyparis Obtusa, commonly called Hinoki, appeared 30 million years ago. As a result, some have described Hinoki as a living fossil left over from the Ice Age. Today Taiwan has the largest hinoki forest in the world. A hinoki typically grow up to 50 meters high. The unique history of the Hinoki inspired our research team to explore further with this plant. After ten years of research, B&M discovered that the Hinoki has natural antibodies and repair mechanisms. Furthermore, we adopted a sustainable principle of creating our unique ingredient from only using the tree's leaf, allowing the tree to continue to grow endlessly in nature.
Plant Source: Taiwan's Hinoki Species is the most precious among the different tree species. The phytoncide present in this particular species is the highest in the world. Taiwan's Hinoki is mainly found in the central mountain range of Taiwan, where it is 1000 to 2600 meters high. Furthermore, Taiwanese cypress contains natural ingredients such as Hinokitiol and Rhodinic acid.
